New Hazelton to Quesnel - 24 Aug

Started in the rain today at 08:00 - 344 miles. Rode to Smithers for breakfast, 45 miles. Cleared while enjoying a great meal so took a chance and got out of the rain gear. Two squalls but then it cleared and hit 71 degrees. Heat wave after the last week.




Just south of Smithers farming begins. Reminds me of Minnesota but there are mountains here. Also signs warning of deer. Don't see these further north - just warnings for moose and caribou.

Tomorrow it's on to Squamish for my last night in Canada.
