Bariloche Rest Day

The ash was pretty thick this morning but cleared by afternoon.

This the view across the lake from our hotel. Usually you can see the mountains that ring the lake. Not this morning.

Residents and business owners sweep up the ash, bag it, and the city hauls it away.

The Bariloche answer to San Francisco's Lombard Street.

Great chocolate shops on nearly every block. Feels very Swiss.

Last night I passed in the beef and had lamb. I noted that Dave could cut his steak with his fork - have to go back tonight and try the grass fed beef.

Guess who had the trout?
